By using the services provided by EfficientTech LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following terms:

• All project fees are one-time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You retain full ownership of your website after final delivery.
• EfficientTech may showcase your redesign in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
• You agree not to reproduce, resell, or misrepresent the work as your own creation (for resale purposes).
• We do not offer uptime guarantees or ongoing maintenance unless part of a separate agreement.
